It's very easy! Please follow our steps below:
*If you're a holder of a "Private Office Formula", you don't need to do this step to book an office, after the purchase of your formula you'll be given access to your own office space.
Get connected to you personal space by clicking the "Log In" button on the top right.
Go to "Book Online" on the menu, and click on the button "Book Now" next to the formula that you have acquire (Flex Office or Virtual Office).
Select the date and time of your visit.
When adding your "Client details", scroll down until the section "Payment" and select the option "Use my Plan", the price must then appear as 0€.
You'll receive an email of confirmation with all the details, and don't worry, for your next booking, the system will remember your choice!
*On "My Subscriptions" in your personal space, you'll be able to see the start date of your plan, as well as the number of sessions remaining if you have a "Virtual Office Formula".
