It's very easy! Please follow our steps below:
Get connected to you personal space by clicking the "Log In" button on the top right.
Go to "Book Online" on the menu, and click on the button "Book Now" next to the Meeting Room (2h) that you wish to book.
Select the date and time of your visit.
When adding your "Client details", scroll down until the section "Payment" and select the option "Use my Plan", the price must then appear as 0€.
You'll receive an email of confirmation with all the details, and don't worry, for your next booking, the system will remember your choice!
*On "My Subscriptions" in your personal space, you'll be able to see the number of sessions remaining if you have a "Virtual Office Formula".
If you desire to book a meeting room for an event or a full day, you must book the option (Full day) at an additional cost, please note that using your formula to book a full day will result in cancellation.
